Can I use Armour all on leather seats?
ARMOR ALL® Leather Protectant helps protect the look and feel of leather to keep it looking like new. Where To Use: All leather seats, panelling and leather dash. Also suitable for use on leather furniture, shoes and jackets. Not for use where slipperiness may be hazardous (pedals, steering wheels and control grips).
Does Armor All stain leather?
No, Armor All will damage and degrade the leather. Use a quality leather cleaner/conditioner.
Is Armor All bad for interior?
There is nothing in Armor All or any water based dressing that would cause cracking. However, continual use of solvent base dressing could cause the vinyl on the dash to become brittle an crack or even discolor. Solvent based dressings should never be used on a vehicle's interior.
Can you use Armor All on synthetic leather?
Absolutely do NOT use Armorall! It is silicone based and will dry out your car's interior.

Is Armor All Bad?
Nothing. The confusion is Armor All uses water-based silicone emulsions but does not use petroleum distillates. It's safe. Silicones and petroleum distillates can create a shiny surface but over time it is believed that they will dry out plastic and rubber which can cause it to crack prematurely.
How do you get Armor All off leather?
You can either use a good all-purpose-cleaner or you can make your own. If you want to make your own you can make a mixture of about two quarts of warm water, one and a half cups of white vinegar, and one teaspoon of dish soap. This or an all-purpose-cleaner is great for removing Armor All.
What is a good substitute for Armor All?
Baby oil is a convenient and effective way to condition your dash and other interior parts instead of Armor All. Baby oil is especially effective on leather surfaces and works well on vinyl. Baby oil could make the dash shiny if you wipe it on there, too.
How often should you use Armor All?
We recommend Armor All Glass Cleaner. Wax your car every 6-8 weeks. Benefit in topping up your wax in-between washes with Armor All Speed Wax Detailer Spray. If the surface is dull, faded or scratched, use Armor All Colour Restorer.
