How many miles does triple a tow?
AAA roadside assistance has a towing miles limit of 3-5 miles for Classic members and up to 100 miles for Plus members.
Do I have to be with my car for AAA to tow it?
You usually need to be with the vehicle for AAA to provide service except in extenuating circumstances, as the membership covers the member, not a specific vehicle. If it is not possible for you to be with the vehicle when the tow truck arrives, you should contact AAA to explain the circumstances.

Each member (Primary or Associate) in your household is allowed four Emergency Road Service calls per year. (If there are two AAA members in your household, each one would be allowed four calls for a total of eight.) There is no waiting time between Roadside Assistance calls.
